Working with a travel agent isn’t like typing “Hotels in Florence” into Google and spending hours sifting through reviews, pricing from a dozen websites and waiting on hold with a call center.
It’s much, much simpler. 🤩
We get started with a one-on-one video call. We’ll answer any questions and you’ll share your ideas for your next trip. When you work with a travel advisor, it’s all about you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost to use a travel advisor?
The short answer is — it depends on what services you’re seeking. For example, if you are going on a trip and looking to book hotels only through us, there’s no charge. A lot of times, you can receive discounts and/or perks just by utilizing a travel advisor!
We charge for services that require intensive time and effort – like planning a multi-destination honeymoon, or coordinating travel for large groups. Additionally, we’ll charge for assisting in planning the less glamorous parts of your trips – like tours, transfers, dining reservations and rental cars. These services are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Can I use my rewards number?
Yes! We’ll always check with you before booking to see if you have existing rewards account with the vendor. You can earn rewards points on almost all bookings (Expedia being one exception).
Do you book flights?
The short answer is no, not directly. We do provide a flight research service, where we do all the heavy-lifiting and price tracking. Flight research is charged at a flat rate of $50 per person. In this scenario, you would book your final flights yourself.
We also have access to a concierge flight service that takes care of everything for you, if that’s more your speed.
Travel advisors don’t book flights directly for a couple of reasons. First, airlines don’t pay commission (that means we don’t get paid for the work we do and the burden of payment falls on you, the client, which we don’t like to do!). Second, there are so many variables and liability issues with booking flights for someone else. If you’d really like someone to book your flights, we have access to a concierge service that has a direct line with airlines.
Do you only book hotels?
Nope! We can book rental cars, tours, cruises, villas, vacation homes, cooking classes and more! If you have your eyes on something, send us a message and we’ll check it out.
We specifically do not book AirBnBs or VRBOs. Houses on these sites are listed by individuals, not a central vendor, and they are not vetted or otherwise monitored in anyway to ensure that they meet specific standards. Since we only want to give you the best services, we don’t utilize AirBnB or VRBO. But if you are looking for a vacation home at your next destination, there are plenty of vetted, monitored vendors that we can choose from!
What are your qualifications as a travel advisor?
I’m a certified independent travel advisor, partnered with a host agency, Fora Travel. Partnering with a host agency provides me access to a huge selection of incredible vendors with exclusive perks for my clients. It also means I’m an insured travel advisor, and all legal bases are covered. For more information, visit Fora Travel.
In addition to my certification, I draw heavily on both my decades of personal travel experience as well as my international network of travel experts, local guides and more to help guide travel planning. I’ve visited over a dozen countries and am a personal advocate for international travel.
